If you guys could recommend a minor in the arts what would it be? Illustration, concept/graphic design, interior design???

I would look for a minor that is a focus of technique and "tricks of the trade". Once again, many of those are facts and not subjective. Taking any design/art course will generally be a joke because they cannot teach you to be original or a great artist yet some of them will pretend they can. You are either inherently talented in the visual arts or you are not.

That makes sense as all the fire departments, ambulances, police departments serving that area have building maps with numbers that they look to when they get a call. It would have been a small nightmare to replace those.

That teeny weeny country with 1/3 of the population of the U.S. and people who LOVE theme parks.
