Lots going on up top on the track so they need a conduit and connections which must be in a box yet the area is filled with water. What to do? Put the boxes above the water and run the conduits up the legs to the sensors, switches, lighting etc and put the boxes on the footings. The rest of the conduit runs under the water once they fill it back up. There were plenty of boxes before on the footings.

That would be them finishing up the prep. That has to be done hands on in small sections, once it is prepped then the painting takes place with airless from the manlifts. They can also paint sections while the prep is happening on other places.

I agree, I hope the white stays. While I was hesitant about them keeping the old tube, they're definitely doing a good job modernizing it so far. IOA will have the entry icon it deserves!

I think there's enough colours on the go without adding an extra, but I think a metallic finish could be nice.

There were additions made to the building. There is no way that paint job is completed.

I also doubt that base gear things remain white.

But does the queue really need to be done before testing starts?

I'd assume that the Launch tunnel has to be finished, but I could see a way where the line is halfway done to where the trains start rolling. Who knows, we'll see what happens.

3 days ago I believe. I had to compress the image so it's not as clear.

All the times I've been to IOA and never once did I ever walk back to where Storm Force sits. :) No tea cup rides for this guy. Instant nausea. :(
