I wouldn't go so far as "depressing," but bittersweet for sure. The USF of the 1990s and early 2000s was an incredible place.

Should be remembered that Disney fans still slagged off USF back in the day similar to how they do it now. Don't wear rose colored glasses.

That doesn't describe me. I've been a huge Universal fan since 1993. It was always on equal footing with Disney in terms of my enjoyment.
