I just want more dinosaur animatronics, Universal. This isn't that hard.
just watched a Lightning Rod POV, and while it looks like a pretty great coaster (but honestly not too much more intense than i expect the HP coaster to be) I have no idea how they would incorporate walkway overpasses, and the general vibe screams "not something universal would make"
More than one person has mentioned a launched RMC to me in the past week. That is why I'm throwing it out there.
I have no idea. But I doubt it.Are they talking about building such a thing in front of the Discovery Center like that horrid mess in Japan?
Gonna say it again, looks fantastic
Just going to leave this here...........
How extreme can a trackless ride be?Anyone else think UC would be missing an insane opportunity for an awesome, extreme dark ride filled with Dinosaurs, and awesome jungle, volcano themes? Idk I feel they are. What about maybe using the Dynamic Attractions new all terrain trackless system? That would be pretty dope
Just because Uni uses Kong and FF slow tram type trackless tech, doesnt mean there isnt more extreme trackless tech out there. Hell, Mystic manor and Ratatouille are faster than Kong and FFHow extreme can a trackless ride be?

The RMC coasters use steel I beams as tracks on a wooden structure. For those that have been on the lightning Rod in Dollywood, it looks like a wooden coaster that goes extremely fast. Wouldn't that make for an extremely rough ride since wooden coasters are known to be rough already? Is there something I'm missing here? Is it really not a wooden coaster?

My only problem with an high intensity coaster here is that it will be just that. When you are going that fast, theming, etc goes out the window. Seems like a waste to me with such an iconic IP. Thats why the new potter coaster wont be too “thrilling” because they need you to feel engulfed into the world and take in the amazing theming.
