I had thought I was going to be out of luck yesterday for my first ride as the hours went by and no signs of life from Hagrid. Luckily and smartly I didn't queue up until they opened the main entrance. I can't imagine sitting over there at Sinbad all day. I'm sure there were many that were there since 9 and many more since noon. We got over to the Sinbad area sometime before 5 then was taken over to the main entrance about 20 minutes later. The trains weren't running though and the line stood still for about a half an hour. Once it got going it was about an hour and a half until we were riding. Off around 7. I can't complain.

I rode on the bike but was in the very back car, so I didn't get much out of the spike. I was in a group of 3 and got paired with a single rider. She said that her wait was about an hour. We got stuck at the launch after Hagrid and the Skrewt for a couple of minutes. Otherwise a great ride. Once they get this thing running efficiently it should be a people eater.

It looks like it opened at a normal hour today (11 something). At a 180 min wait right now.

With the multiple downtime’s yesterday and now 3 delays in an hour and a half there seems to be issues that have a risen again. I’m in line and it’s been pretty brutal. Delays about every 20 minutes or so.

Yup seems like a lousy two days. AFAIK nothing major has happened, I have to assume something they fiddled with isn't working like they hoped.

This has to be that they are trying to force more trains on the system... to make it work. What other reason would it be glitching out so oftern?

Sounds like a good guess. It seems the delays are most common when they've tried to increase capacity via more trains in operation.

It makes you start to wonder if the ride is even capable of running more then 6-7 trains at a time without some sort of overhaul that would require the ride to go down for an extended period of time. Almost like an early refurb. But we are back to moving now and in the final room with the bikes running above me.

I think that’s why it’s been opening late. They’re trying to do that kind of work during an extended 3rd shift

In there? Do you mean in the queue or on the ride itself?

The last room in the queue with the LED projections of the motorbike driving around above you. If you get stuck in there, it will *drive* you insane.

Room before load, it is about as irritating as the tribal woman room from Kong

When I was in college, I roomed in a townhouse with some wrestlers on the wrestling team. When it came crunch time and they had to make their weight class limit, they'd take a couple of water tablets the day before the weigh in and they'd lose a few pounds in water weight in a day. If you're that close....

I got stuck in there for two hours. They turned the audio off for the last hour and a half.

No clue how it's operated for the rest of the day (other than it opening around noon), but just saw a friend getting evaced off the ride on Snapchat lol. Looks like the ride went down around 40 minutes ago and they're still currently evacing right now.

I’m here past the preshow. Got in line 40 minutes ago. 150 posted. Walked straight into preshow. Now we are getting extended delay messaging.

Yeah, could be a while for sure. Judging by their snapchats, they got stuck 45 minutes ago, it started moving again 10 minutes later, and then officially had to be evacuated. It was still ongoing as of 5 minutes ago. Just a fair warning.

Also, not sure how the weather is looking over there, but it's raining at my house 20 minutes away from the parks, so you may get some weather delays as well.
