Universal Plans for new Worldwide Parks

Win win for Universal. Like Disney in Japan....no costs to them....BUT big money from licensing and
UC charges.

This is one of the only positives from this kind of a thing. At least they can let other groups fund the expensive R&D on new tech/attractions that they can implement later on in other parks.
