Well, it's part of my job.
It's nowhere near to scale. In fact, oddly enough, my time at Howl-O-Scream has seen far less of these types of people for whatever reason.
I mean the idea is that the people who can afford to spend money and not ruin it for everyone are a more desirable crowd - to accomplish it, up the prices. Hell, even if people pay the same prices then more money for the event.
Nope. I usually do one night but this year I'm going to go a weekend and stay onsite due to a new job where I work 7 on 7 off.Am I the only one who only goes one night?
Another one nighter here. Always want go more but can never swing it.Am I the only one who only goes one night?
I always read about how they used to announce in August and how awesome it was. Answer this... Do more people attend the event now or back then? Can smell some bans coming...
How quickly people forget. It used to be we didn't get ANY announcements until late August. Zilch. Nothing. Just a vague promise of "YEP, HHN IS HAPPENING!"
We go once as well, too much going on and with our son (who is 9) we are lucky we get one night to enjoy it when the inlaws come to visit from Jupiter FL.Another one nighter here. Always want go more but can never swing it.
I think this year we might just bite the bullet and get express. Our modest annual road trip has transformed to being as expensive as a week long trip would cost any other time of year.I enjoy hitting most house twice in a night which is why we express plus SS
Ya I've never been able to convince the people I go with to crack down and add express. We've just accepted we see what we see and try not to rush too much and just enjoy.I think this year we might just bite the bullet and get express. Express really becomes a huge chunk of the budget. My friends are similar but I think pushing the "remember when we waited 2 hours at 12 am to get into insidious?" angle will convince them it's worth it haha.Ya I've never been able to convince the people I go with to crack down and add express. I'm not actually IN marketing, but understanding it makes some of what I do a lot easier.Big fist bump to my fellow marketing brother Rev!
Clearly he's never met anyone from Philly. Fear of calling people out - for anything - isn't really how it is thereWhy? You can't fathom people having integrity and calling out racism?
