I think if the zone is fully staffed victims can work but with all of the stuff I have seen about understaffing, I feel like resources should be put into making more scary guys. Although some of the victims can do a good job of spooking you. (lookin at you binder guy).
It's crazy how much better the cast has gotten at that from my last weekend. The first time I went through after opening weekend I actually thought half the actors were walls. Mad props to them.

My personal spot is the cart in front of Fallon but recently we learned that the window on the Italian restaurant sells the same pizza but they offer the pass holder discount. If I were you I'd grab a pizza with a drink and find a spot to sit in Vamp and just watch people get scared.
Express really isn't needed I have never had a problem with hitting everything multiple times with no express. In a day and a few hours I hit 43 houses I believe.
With that SnS if you are in front which is very doable as soon as you get out of ST to go to Poltergeist and it will have no wait I used this method on a Friday night and it worked like a charm. The key is to be the first person to get into the SnS so you are one of the first people getting out...
