Considering Tech. Svcs doesn't even bother to do most things in terms of general upkeep of that ride (replacing light bulbs, repairing audio cues, fixing the fogging/misting effects), I think turning off "The Girl from Ipanema" is probably the least of their worries at this point. Hopefully the...

They seldom start and stop it anymore. They leave it running continuously through the night, even when the ride is shut down. It's a very spooky thing to hear walking through there after-hours, only hearing a low bitrate snippet of "The Girl from Ipanema" playing through a single speaker.

If anyone hasn't been, I recommend it. It has a steep ticket price, but the seats and service are excellent. Not to mention downright convenient after spending some time at the Park!

Nope! There's an object sensor at the end of the moving walkway that sometimes activates and stops the ride when someone's foot crosses it. That's why they ask people to life their legs

People always try stupid things at the park thinking they're getting away from it. What most don't realize is that the park, and especially Potter is riddled with infrared security cameras. There are very few areas in the park where you are not being watched by someone.  An individual lighting...

Yes, most likely lower lot. 

It's always been a Universal cinema. It's just run by AMC, and will continue to be. The construction is expected to be completed by early 2017. -CW

Voodoo is planned to open early 2017. Margaritaville is also planned to open early 2017. 

Last time I checked, the progress has mostly been internal with very little-to-no exterior progress being made.  I will keep checking for you. -CW

As of right now, it is not synced with any music. It just goes through a pre-set cycle.  Kids will be allowed to play in the fountains once it reopens.  -CW

The fountains were custom ordered. On top of that, each fountain had to be wired and connected to water individually. This fountain is a lot more complex than the previous fountain which used considerably less pumps. In the new fountain, each fountain nozzle has its own pump which meant plumbing...

In regards to those metal posts, could they be part of an arbor?  They seem to be a running motif in the main entrance plaza. -CW
