If my memory serves me correctly, the early morning is only for Disneyland and not DCA. It’s obvious when you see it on the ticket but it’s a little misleading.
As soon as you use your MaxPass and you’re in the queue, you can set up your next FP. I think you can have up to two, maybe three FP at once and you can book one for a different park.
