You always pay for parking at the hotels.

if you have a preferred pass and are staying at a UO hotel, can you park your car at the main parking garage for free and just leave it there for the duration of your stay, or do they tow cars left overnight?

I was informed the garages open around 6:30 AM

And No. Parking at te hotel is actually going to cost you, and since you wouldn't be a resort guest, often higher than the garage fees.

I had the power pass but it expired. I want to renew it to the Premier Pass. How much do I save for renewing it?

When I renewed I think it was 180ish for premier. But you have to renew within a month of experation to get the cheaper rate and it uses ur old experation date. So u forfeit the days since it has expired.
