Ben & Jerry's might be rebranded once their contract ends with Universal. No independent confirmations just yet, but I'm just putting it out there just in case something does happen.

When is that? Because it would be pretty obvious to make the upper outlet into Lard Lad Donuts. (the service counter at Florida also serves ice cream)

If anything, I could see them turn it into the Taco Truck.
