Don’t know if there are any Weiseu/The Room fans on here, but I got to attend the premier of part 1 last night at the Egyptian Theater last night. Loved this!
Its not a cinematic disaster piece like the Room, though there are a few callbacks to that. It’s a very dry, off-beat film that’s heavily driven by Wiseau. It wouldn’t be the same without him. Go see it when it comes out, especially if you’re a fan of Greg and Tommy, who I got to meet last night and got my “The Room” poster signed.
