Honestly don't understand why they didn't just give him the santa clause outfit like in Orlando. This costume seems more appropriate then an extremely oversized sweater, but idk

One big positive about the major Universal M&G's is that they are very entertaining for all age levels. Transformers, Raptor Encounter, Donkey, Ping, can be enjoyed by teens, younger and older adults as well as children.

So they still have the New York policeman that walks around and he still seems out of place. He only has the little facade's off the DWT show-building to work with and I don't see much guest engagement with him. I guess this character does the best when they have the two new-yorkers talking to each other from the windows and he can play off their banter. Of course, characters like Doc Brown are out place in this area too but he's an IP character that almost everyone recognizes and will engage with at a higher rate.
