Clydesdale Area Construction?

Screamscape mentioned something of construction walls being up at the Clydesdale area because they are building an educational display; anyone know anything more?

Educational area? That's new.... I thought it would be a coaster and/or a thrill ride. :/

There had been plans to have a temporary penguin exhibit back there in the stables while Antarctica was under construction. It seems like SeaWorld is getting smart and trying to do more to showcase their rescue programs in the park to help counter the Blackfish nonsense. Between adding more behind the scenes tours of the rescue facilities and bringing in more SeaWorld Rescue themed toys/shirts and other merchandise, they are getting the message out there about all the good things they do which too much of the public doesn't know about.
