I believe it is just a heavy gauge plastic or scrim to stop the mortar from falling through when being applied.

If you go back a few pages, I have spotted them on a day where 12 or more were visibly working, just not most days I go.

Thanks F88 I must have missed them- page 125 april 11 and yes there were a bunch of guys working which was nice to see I was getting discourged ill be there in july and looking forward to seeing the new fantasy land for myself and was really hoping to see more 7DMTR progrerss because most all the photo update have no one working or anyone on site
