Brother…we haven’t had a solo Kason house since 2010. Fifteen YEARS ago. Even then it was based on the remake!

It’s great that Jason is likely coming back, though I would prefer they wait until they can get Freddy again.

Also RIP Scream hopes and dreams. It was a good couple of months while it lasted lol

A solo house based on Jason hasn't been present since 2010 in Hollywood, and has certainly not been present in Orlando since 2008. It's been more than enough time for Jason to get the chance to have a spotlight.

I wonder if the initial rumors were in regards to Paramount collaboration; and that some may of had the immediate assumption of it being potentially Scream when in reality it was meant to be Friday since the start.

Nah, something about this spec list don't feel right...my spidey senses are tingling. Honestly, it might just be the continued presence of WWE that has me in doubt. That's the one thing I'm keeping my foot down on. It literally makes no sense for either company.

Given that the heat wave last year caused major staffing and medical issues, perhaps the presence of HVAC/AC tubing in the tents doesn't necessarily mean the house calls for cold temperatures for a thematic reason. They could be investing in equipment to make the house areas more adaptive to environmental conditions and more comfortable for performers.

I speculate….

We see a sequel to The Last of Us, whether it be set in the first game still or they move on to the second is beyond me though.

And my current shock speculation - We see no Universal Monsters house next year. But I don’t know what breaks tradition first, this or the Latin America house.

I would love to see the previously rumored solo Nightmare on Elm Street House. Would do well as a soft icon too.

As for the Latin American house, I can totally see one based on Duendes (elves) as there is a lot of lore there, or a house based on the Island of Dead Dolls, which Murdy has previously said is a huge source of inspiration for him.

I would LOVE to see a Silent Hill house though, especially after the success of SH2 Remake. But I won’t get my hopes up.

If we get no TLOU, you know what’s a property I could see as likely coming? Zombieland. The 2019 Orlando scare zone looked fun and it’s a trope/ IP Hollywood hasn’t tapped since TWD left.

Hey Chris G. - Agreed on the SH2 and doing a house...would luv it. The did do a SH house in 2012 and it was one of my fav! They had the opening entrance as the beginning of SH1 when she left her car to start walking toward SH...they got the ash effect perfectly...and the siren, perfect. Good house, would luv to see another...

Gooner is back--and contrary to HNN, he seems to have Enter The Blumhouse as the TT for this year.

Not again even if it is new IPS I don't want a terror tram theme to re-used twice in a row. That would be rally disappointing if that is true considering that we might also be getting a horrors of Blumhouse maze. I still don't trust gooner though LMAO.

Almost true "lethal" you could say considering the fact that we might have to deal with WWE and Fnaf Fans. This year could possibly be the greatest and most crowded year of post HHN. However Let's finally bring back the HHN that everyone loves.

Hollywood's event hasn't had a icon, host, or theme post-pandemic. And even pre-apocalypse it didn't go that route except in the most minimal way possible
