I definitely rode Transformers at like 11:45pm last year on the second weekend of the event.

I remember there being a sign saying it would close at a specific time for nightly maintenance, but it seemed most times it either didn't or it was quicker than what they had said it would be.

Does anyone know if I can I pay the difference on the free Premier Pass ticket and use it on a Saturday? The eligible dates on it this year suck really bad.

No I have tried every year to "upgrade my free ticket" to a rush of fear or FFP and am always told no.

No one's really sure. I'm (unfortunately) not even confident we're getting an announcement this week, though it'd be great if we did.

Yeah according to the sweepstakes page today should be the first announcement for the month. Hoping for a house but will gladly take a scarezone.

I figured it would be at midnight, so my expectation are still good I am hoping the announcement is Scream and we get confirmation on whether its the TV series or the movies. I would like it to be the movies, but have a feeling it will be TV series.

They removed the dates, for some annoying reason. I dunno if those reveals were ever intended to be for actual attractions (houses, zones, shows, whatever) - could be they were just more "Jack's Maniacs" type concept art or preview photos.

Let's just remember that in previous years we didn't get any real reveals until the end of August. I wouldn't be surprised if all the originals got dumped in one fell swoop (that also includes AWIL, the zones and shows), meaning we'll only get one more stand-alone announcement with Scream.

Yeah, just saw. If you look at the coding, the first box now actually refers to 8/8. (I realize the public site still refers to 8/4, but it's worth noting.)

Sounds like this is being entirely mishandled. Not surprised, social has a bad habit of screwing things up.

I stand by that we shouldn't be expecting a house announcement today. I'd be thrilled to be wrong, though.
