I honestly think the universal designers could come up with way better and scarier designs for a haunted chuck E cheese than FNAF but having another Francise to add to your line up never hurts. I'd personally like to see them tackle rhe subject either way it's definitely a perfect setting to a house

I think we can all agree that it's an interesting concept and could easily be used as an original content house. Iit's just that unfortunately I don't think that this IP is one that they would seriously consider for use in HHN at this point in time.

In light of this news, Drew posted on his Twitter that one of his friends had called the resort to ask about this year's HHN and received the following responses:

HorrorNightnightmares saw on Google earth that somewhat a tent close to MIB might be in the works already.

Definitely going to have to go again this year, I had a blast my first time, even though I only went into 2 houses. Hoping for some really cool house this year

Glad you had fun! Now please pardon my inquisition.

Which two houses were they? Why did you decide to go? Why did you only manage two houses?

It's a long story. My friend John, who I've known for about 10 years now online, was coming down to go to Universal. He was eager to see Diagon Alley and everything, and we both had a blast but our families were with us so we were like, let's do HHN our last night. So we did, and we went through all the scare zones of course but we didn't have express passed and it was right as the weekend was beginning. As you can imagine, lines were crazy and we went on a night where it didn't run terribly late. Eventually we decided to do the Alien vs. Predator house which was about an hour and a half wait. It was worth it, we both thought it was an incredibly cool house, and then we got in some rides on transformers and the mummy. By that time things were winding down so we headed toward the entrance and we decided to hit From Dusk till Dawn. This house was decent enough, but I was somewhat disappointed I was unable to do Halloween or the Clown factory, as I heard rave reviews on both...

Damn. So sorry you didn't do Halloween. It is a must to do stay and scream or if you have people that don't have day tickets, be first at the metal detectors. If done right, you can usually do everything in a night.

Yeah I've heard some tips. It was my first time, I'm just glad I only spent $45 on my ticket with my AP discount, and it was worth every penny to spend that time with my friend. Idk what type of ticket he had. We were both staying at the Cabana Bay, and we decided to go a little late...

Here's my idea for a 9th house locale. As you can see, a sprung tent would fit perfectly in the location of MIB's extended queue. Only problem that I can see arising is an exit. It'd have a long line constantly with B&T so close, but sacrifices must be made.

Can see 'Fear The Walking Dead' being a house this year. Same idea and production/design team, new setting. Would give them to excuse to peddle TWD to us again, especially with it airing and being fresh this summer.

Drew, I agree. I think that your layout is a plausible way to add a ninth house to the park . I think for traffic flow reasons a better flow would be to make that yellow track wider and have it double as an entrance and exit. Depending on how wide that walkway/backstage area is that could be a viable option.

You're talking like people will be jogging through it. Halloween queue had 6 switchbacks the length of MiB building. So a straight shot would be shorter. Would prolly have to put a switchback in there somewhere.

Given that season 1 will only be 6 episodes, they'd probably have to combine it with the main show if it returns.

Or they can just make a really concentrated house that focuses on one setting in great detail. With the walking dead they try to put so many locations is is weird transitioning sometimes and the immersion gets lost. Just take one scene from the show that is an oh **** moment and bam, you have a house that could be scary and have a real sense of place.

Have passes always gone on sale so far before the first announcement? My mind is unable to grasp timelines so far this year.

Pitfalls of a busy work season and wedding planning I suppose...

More than likely just has to do with rights for the IPs.
