They did a "The Thing: Assimilation" back in HHN 17. Yes, I understand it wasn't directly based on the original movie.

Mike Aiello has come out and said The Thing (1982) is on the list, despite that.

I'm thinking that if Hellraiser is successful we can finally get Candyman next year/in the future since Clive Barker wrote both.
