The unfamiliar/skeevy-looking "X" URL made me think this was a leak from inside the maze, so my mod fingers were ready to delete.

Odd since this year they're making a great attempt at placing things to avoid congestion... except for this one booth lol. Considering it's a burger and maybe a dessert or two, why not just put in Richter's and put a sign?

I don't think so, The Weekend had a large, raised queue platform in that spot before you went into the main covered portion. If anything, they might have made that section bigger for TLoU.

Looks like they fixed the "Stupifying" sign to properly read "Stupefying".
Kind of surprised no props in the lagoon for the shipyard zone?

The small space adjacent to the zone is already filled with boats and the ramp/pier, there's really no space for scare zone props there.

Hey y'all. I'm back with more lighting design!
Vamp '69 contains a classic Xenon Trouper (seen below), which is the spotlight that inspired the song Super Trouper.

However, AFAIK, there is no real scare-actor access to the Spotlight Stand. That's where the fixture hung from the platform fits. The fixture is another ellipsoidal, albeit one with a 10 degree lens. This would pull a tight beam (not unlike a spotlight) on the performers at Music Fest '69, without requiring a live spot technician to stand up there.
On the other hand, as I've not seen the fixture in person, the spotlight could be physically used, and the ellipsoidal below could be to light up the Oddfellow Symbol on the back curtain of the main stage.
