I just think it's hilarious it didn't even make it until opening weekend.
Honestly, it might have actually had more to do with space & traffic flow because it was right next to Hollywood & Dine where the early entry pathway needed to be located, while the main path could be used for an exit for daytime park guests. The Samhain goat & new relics/tombstones are tucked into the nook of the Studio Store so they aren't in the pathway.

This is exactly why they need to learn to decorate the actual buildings (like they used to do), since they don't exactly have a lot of space in the street itself.

Gonna echo this sentiment. That corridor is incredibly tight - this feels like a logistical move. Perhaps that prop will show up elsewhere on the street in a few days.
