I bet it might be free for premiere pass holders since almost all those perks are useless this year

A ticket purchased at the gate for HHN is $120, a single day ticket online costs $68-$94. There is a very very low chance this is free in any way. What's the point then?

Hypothetically, yes. Unless for some reason they make it free for locals, which wouldn’t make sense, given their main audience is locals

I figured that’s how it would be since I can’t see them doing all of this for free. Certainly makes me rethink things as it would end up being way more expensive than a regular HHN ticket (I don’t really care to attend the actual theme parks). I had already purchased the BOGO for this year so it would make sense for me to just save it for next year.

Well, you're also paying for more houses and scare zones

As stated numerous times, I think the up-charge would make the most sense. Extra money, and they can limit the queue to satisfy COVID-19 guidelines. I'm actually in favor of it.
This would ease my mind in knowing that I'm gonna be able to experience the mazes and not have to fight through crowds. Obviously, nobody knows how this thing will be handled if it does happen. But I'd be satisfied with paying the up-charge and that guaranteeing me to see everything they have to offer.

Universal just went live on Facebook and then stopped the live. They are truly teasing, and it’s working!
The feed lasted about 45 seconds and was just the globe spinning. Are they testing the feed maybe?FCB4DD52-1349-4E1D-9299-3905724C4D0E.jpeg

I was just about to post this...YouTube as well.

They never go live on social unless they're announcing something.

As for upcharge, you almost have to charge for the houses to limit crowds, but you could effectively treat it as an ad-on to the day like Express

If they charge full HHN admission on top of park admission they are officially cucks

considering its not even close to what the full normal event would be in terms of overall content, i expect it to be at least a little cheaper, maybe like 40-50 bucks, roughly 10 bucks per house if the 4 house rumor is correct.
though I havent really been keeping up since the thread has been moving too fast, so I could be totally wrong.

Comp tickets are the free ones that TMs get as a perk.

No, most of the houses are included with park admission although there are “premium” haunt related experiences that do have an up charge. I visited HHN Osaka in 2018 and entry to mazes required timed tickets that were distributed first come first serve at park opening. The Chucky maze that year had a stand by line without a ticket requirement.
