Hi there, I am new the forums and am looking for tips for taking my special needs child to Universal. He is unable to wait in line for more than 30-40 mins without getting very impatient. I now I would need to apply for the IBCCES try to get an access card, however has anyone ever did that and gotten the card? How does it work? Is an Unlimited express pass a better route? We are planning on going over thanksgiving as it is his birthday and this is what he wanted to do for his Bday. Thank you.
