The games may not COMPLETELY ruin the theming of JP, but they sure will reduce it. Not gonna lie guys, this kinda burns my butt.

So, the rumored JP4 plot is this:

"Jurassic Park is up and running, it has been in business for sometime, and again the dinosaurs get loose."

Short and simple premise, but I'm sure there is more to it. If that does wind up being true I will not be surprised if the major refurb borrows elements from JP4s park design.

Sounds simple as hell but I'm absolutely thrilled we might be getting another movie with a focus on the theme park.

Where will these games be located? In my opinion this is a very dumb move by universal!!! They don't belong in the best island of the park! They will mess up the amazing atmosphere in JP!

That sounds promising. We don't get a glimpse of Jurassic Park as a fully operational theme park filled with guests at all in the movies. I think that sort of scenario is ripe with action pieces and drama.

Plot-wise, it actually reminds of Jaws 3D, since it takes place inside a packed-with-guests Seaworld. Speaking of which, I never understood why Seaworld allowed the movie to film there and use their name. It doesn't seem like a great advertising strategy to show people dying horribly in their theme park.

I can almost guarantee they will be well themed. If the new Simpson's games have taught them anything they'll incorporate dinosaurs! :thumbs:

It IS a rumor that it IS happening, best of both worlds ound:

Just to sum up what I have taken in from this forum is that JP should be the next new big project. Prob not start till later this year, aside from the carnival games moving in right away. It is a little ways off so the details can change as it gets closer to reality.

What I am hoping for is a med-high thrill steel coaster themed to look like a wooden mine.

Just to sum up what I have taken in from this forum is that JP should be the next new big project. Prob not start till later this year, aside from the carnival games moving in right away. It is a little ways off so the details can change as it gets closer to reality.

I hope the expansion happens. I think it would be a nice addition to the park and could ease some of the traffic out of Harry Potter.

I'm still desperately hoping for a jeep ride like Indy at DL... But I believe there was a toss up between the river adventure and a jeep ride and river (obviously) won.

Honestly a Jeep ride with dinos not featured in River Adventure would be awesome..I don't see why we can't have both

IDK if there is space to do the Jeep ride right anymore, because WWoHP took that land for FJ.

For one, not many ways to do "Look dinosaurs! *something goes wrong*" Especially with a Dinosaur jeep ride just down the street. Between Helicoptours, Jeep Safari, and River Adventure it was pretty much the same plot just in the air, in a car, and on a boat.

For one, not many ways to do "Look dinosaurs! *something goes wrong*" Especially with a Dinosaur jeep ride just down the street. Between Helicoptours, Jeep Safari, and River Adventure it was pretty much the same plot just in the air, in a car, and on a boat.

Ha ha. I meant I don't think there is enough space at Triceratops & next to RA... The only JP expansion area it could have been done right is now gone to another island.

But you can also think about how many movies have been done where it is "Look dinosaurs! *something goes wrong*", that is all of the JP movies But it could also be a ride where nothing goes wrong, just a smooth ride through a bunch of latest technology AAs. But then I guess there is no excitement, huh

I do want to be able to see more dinosaurs in JP though. I mean they could just put up 10,000 volt fences along the path, and put some AA out in the trees. Give them a little distance, and some foliage, and they can use ones that are not the most expensive to maintain.

I agree with this last point - that would be awesome! Plus an opportunity to make people jump which is always entertaining to watch! It's one of the reasons I love HHN so much!

I'm gonna assume that that "10,000 volt fence" would be fake right. If not, well they must have some really smart AA's

I think it was in reference to the FJ area only, and not the island. But the space behind Thunder Falls is more than a little bit smaller than where FJ sits.

Nope 100% real!!! It would also double as a hidden e-ticket with no line, just touch the fence and you go flying over the lagoon
Okay, okay. The fence would be real, the signs real too, but it would not really have 10,000 volts.
