This recent interview with Brian Morrow tells us what we can expect from SeaWorld at IAAPA this year (2:20). I'm actually really excited to see what new ride vehicles they're talking about.

I like the direction they're taking the parks!
Maybe some floorless trains for Kumba?
Or vest-restraints for all B&M coasters? (Please don't break my collar bone)

This is a very smart way to greatly improve the parks for very little cash.

I hope they mean new ride vehicles for existing rides and not just new rides.

Any word on if the minor 2017 attraction is still going ahead, and when we should see plans go vertical?

When we asked Brian Morrow what's next, they said they'll be announcing it soon. Same with BGT park pres Jim Dean.

I wonder why they never ended up showing their new ride vehicles.

They did, but they said that they were going to update many of the ride vehicles on older rides throughout the parks as well.

Where did you hear that? I figured, after IAAPA, they meant they would just be showing new ride vehicles for new rides since they didn't reveal any for existing rides.
