Thought: The parade float building doesn't need to be where it is. There's no reason for it to be there. Also, the Spring Houses for HHN can move as well fairly easily.

So if you take those two out and then plan to enter the area from MIB you have a pretty large space to work with and you can leave both ET and Animal Actors (and Sponge Bob and the pizza place) as is.

Heck, you could have access from both sides.

as said before, sure; you can do that.

But in turn, you'd possibly be losing one of the only ways that USF can possibly expand more after Nintendo.

The true question is, will they ever use that plot? It's sat vacant forever and yet they continue to close existing attractions and replace them. Kongfrontation for Mummy, Ghostbusters for Twister then Jimmy Fallon, Alfred Hitchcock for Shrek, Back to the Future for Simpsons, Earthquake/Disaster for Fast and the Furious, Wild Wild West for Fear Factor...the list goes on and on...they don't often use expansion pads(aside from Men In Black).

I honestly don't think it will be, unless HHN is significantly redesigned moving forward.

That land is quite large, so they would never use it for just one attraction. If they feel a land is needed there... then yes.

Isn't part of that land some sort of a parking lot, anyway? I vaguely remember going on a school field trip to USF a long time ago and parking behind BTTF/Simpsons...

Doesn't Universal exclusive contract with Kuka end next year meaning its free game for anyone? Will this also mean no Kuka arms for Nintendo?

I think the curveball is this. Before anything happens with the new land they secured and the completion of whatever they decide to do with wet n wild that land will be used. All available plots of land will be used somehow even if for storage. Do we know when? No. Just my opinion based on conflicting reports' about the newly secured land.

Why do I have a strange feeling that the only thing that Kuka may do for Nintendo, is more on the handling of robotics for some of the practical effects for Mariokart, rather than being apart of the ride car process.

Hell; I've had a strange feeling more and more recently that Oceaneering/Dynamic and Vekoma will be the main suppliers for the two E-Tickets, as it would make sense to me. Even with Kuka, I think that those three would be for right now what i'd be thinking in the sense department..

I think trackless tech is really the future..I mean, the Kuka systems don't really have too terribly great capacity unless you put a ton on the track at once..I say Universal explores other options

The "exclusive" contract is rumored (emphasis on rumored) to be for the KUKA on a track, which was not going to be featured in Nintendo anyway AFAIK

FJ literally has one of the best capacities on the planet. Lol

Trackless is a good system, but is very limited and has less of a capacity, TBH

I wasn't really arguing that...I was arguing that you need a ton of cars to make that happen..FJ resets so quickly, and you can see the cars in front and behind of you plenty of times during the ride...I just don't think the Kuka system should be used again

No doubt. I mean this ET situation seems like a brand new situation. Things change.

For so long it seemed like ET would stay no matter what. Could it be possible that, now that Universal secured that land, they decided they can get rid of ET here and build a new, better version in the new park (if it comes to fruition)?

I'm only basing this off the assumption that Universal was to always keep that ride around because of Spielberg's involvement with the park... Unless I'm misremembering what's been said on the subject?

I mentioned this on Twitter, but I can't see a live action version of Pokémon being a good thing for the franchise. It's a concept that works way better as a cartoon, IMO

I really hope that this is atleast above what 7DMT had on its coaster and dark ride elements.

7DMT is way too short. It was underwhelming imo.

That too. I just wish that they don't have it being short, but who knows. Should pan out to a interesting ride, no matter what.
