That's the Shades of Green Resort owned and operated by the U.S. Military for the benefit of their servicemen. It was formerly the Disney Inn (in the late 80s and early 90s). Before that it was the Golf Resort (opened in 1973). It's gone through a couple expansions and renovations in its history. I stayed there as a kid in 1979 (as the GR), and again in 2008 and 2009 (as SoG) with my own kids as a member of the U.S. Foreign Service.
