If you have a Gold annual pass can you buy an express pass just for one day once inside the park?

I think it is around $70 for one time express and $110 for unlimited express but I am not sure if they adjust prices based on demand or season.

They do. On some of the busier days, I know it can be $100+ for the basic express upgrade.
