SW Corner of Epcot Center and I-4 Development

The JW Marriott is the new hotel going up on the northwest corner (it will be at the far end of the Bonnet Creek area).

I know Great Wolf is supposed to be coming in next to Vistana on the southeast corner, but the southwest I'm unfamiliar with any projects going on.
