These guesses would more likely be for a House than anything else.

Background - it's a Far Side comic strip, created by Gary Larson - one of the more famous ones. Lots of directions to go with this obviously. Here's my first crack:

* Gary Larson created The Far Side
* Gary Larson also created an animated short film called "Tales From The Far Side"
* Seeing how we've taken SOME liberties with titles (Old Man River -> Ol' Man River), I will say "Tales From The Far Side" is very similar in title to "Tales From The Darkside", which was a 1990 horror anthology (or even possibly "Tales From The Crypt").
* Tales From The Darkside was possibly intended to be a 2nd sequel to Creepshow (one of the stories in TFTD was supposed to be a story in Creepshow 2), and "Tales From The Crypt was kind of an inspiration for Creepshow).

So, I have 3 guesses.
1-It's a CREEPSHOW property
2-It's a Tales From The Darkside property
3-It's a Tales From The Crypt property

- Rose Red, a Stephen King story, was filmed in Tacoma and was inspired by the Winchester “Mystery” House.
- Regardless of the answer, the Winchester House would be a cool location for AHS or HHNs.

They fit a house in Thunder Falls Terrace three times. They can do it here.

Is it possible? Sure. But the rumor is “Cafe La Bamba is the location for an 11th house.”

But remember. These are rumors. It’s entirely possible ALL of these are wrong.

I feel like La Bamba is half the size of Thunder Falls

Perhaps the house could exist in a tent behind La Bamba

Unless they plan on using the Preview Center space as well

That could be a pretty unique space

Can we get someone who is really good at the overhead measuring tools? I ask because visually on Google Maps, CLB looks to be about the size or a bit bigger than half of Shrek. I realize they probably cannot utilize all of that space, but that's still how it appears to my eye.

Do we know how much of Shrek's space is actually utilized?

Amazed they were able to fit houses into Nazarman’s.

They’ve also made a house in Poseidon’s that started in the vortex tunnel. When I go through PF I’m always in disbelief that they accomplished this without it being shorter than Dead Waters.

They make use of what they got, but with the spaces in those places they can manage doing a house even if it's not in a grander scale like in the soundstages, rumor or no, I do hope they use Cafe La Bamba and see it being put to good use and see what kind original house they could use in it.

It is not. That IP isn’t rumored, just a possibility based on some details I’ve heard. So, no clue for that one.

Also...

Sprung tents = 5000 sq ft
MIB Tent = 5700 sq ft

That‘s “total area” though. The Sprungs always have a three-four foot perimeter around the actual build for emergency egress and performer movement (my “Beetlejuice Does Hollywood” house layout was built from a couple of sprung layouts, and includes it). That puts actual house space (with Decor, Audio, and Lighting closets) closer to 4,000 sq ft.

And my calculation for La Bamba is at about 9,000 sq ft (using Google Earth). Even if we split the difference to 7,000 and say 2,500 sq ft isn’t available... there’s still room.

The houses take up less space than it looks like when you’re inside them.

There were a lot of houses in Nazarman's, so I assume you're referring to Vampyr and Terror Mines.

I'm probably in the minority, but I thought both The Fearhouse and Blood Bath were decent houses in Nazarman's.

Ok, you said this was hard - so the rabbit hole goes deeper in guess 2:

* The Far Side by Gary Larson
* Before he created The Far Side, Gary Larson launched his career with a cartoon series called Nature's Way
* There is a short film title Nature's Way, which is a 2006 10-minute film with only 2 characters: Katrin O'Donnell plays "Girl", Matthew Sunderland plays "Man"
* No connections for Katrin O'Donnell that I could find
* But Matthew Sunderland was in a 2018 movie titled The Nightingale
* My guess for this rabbit hole is something involving Nightingales (possibly another sequel house, or something else entirely)

Far Side ended in 1995 and this comic was published at some point in 1986 (I have had a hard time nailing down the exact date as of yet). I like the Mid Vale connection someone posted above, but I am trying to nail down a date for this before I buy into that entirely.

As well, I don't think @Legacy has specified any sort of letter for this clue yet, so I am not sure what direction to look yet.
