Yes. It becomes parallel to the regular queue in Dumbledore's Office and continues all the way to the station.

FJ has an Express line but it's currently not being used for that purpose.

Has anyone ever seen someone vomit on the magic carpet loading system at the FJ. Oh what a mess, it happened today two benches ahead of me. They have to grab cleaner and paper towels and wipe off the conveyor. I asked about the vehicle and a team member told me they send off the circuit where its cleaned down. Apparently this happens on this ride more than any other in the park by a lot. Some team members next to me called it the Forbidden Journey of Butterbeer and Fish and Chips.....OH MAN!!!

we are getting APs in December sometime for xmas gifts.

is it worth it to get them before the 16th and go up a little early?
will they do another one after xmas?
what exactly is it anyway?

it sounds cool and since we are getting them anyway it might be awesome to do some extra hp stuff since that is half the motivation for getting the passes. lol.

I'm thinking that if there was an expansion, it should include a London section with the Leaky Cauldron resturant on the corner (Mythos) and the Ministry of Magic in the distance (Posiedon's Fury). Posiedon's Fury's old building will split a small section for King's Cross and the Hogwarts Express. That section will all be London. Then if you enter through the Leaky Cauldron, you can get into Diagon Alley, which will be set in the Arabian section and extending into the Sinbad stunt show area. Sinbad will be taken over by a Gringott's themed roller coaster. I can't think of what would take over the Mystic Talking Fountain...

That's just my idea of what a full blown expansion might be...

not to beat a dead horse, but ive missed a LOT here and i wonder if this has been discussed again...
has the whole magiquest wand interaction thing been scrapped or it it still a possibility?

^Magicquest might happen in phase 2 but ehh you never know. And as far as the AP event goes unless you plan on getting that AP in the next 3-7 days you will not make it. They might do another one in January but I highly doubt it. Once you get your pass register online for email and snail mail updates about upcoming promotions and that will keep you in the loop.

^After seeing guest spending and attendance figures for the third quarter I would be dumbfounded if it wasn't gonna happen. They have already had surveys asking about a possible phase 2. Places like Gringotts, leaky cauldron, and Ministry of Magic were mentioned but nothing is confirmed.

an expansion would be a no brainer...the Lost Continent is easily the weakest part of the park, but then again Im not a big fan of "shows". I saw the Posidon and SInbad show once, and I don't ever need to see it again. They would be foolish not to expand Potter, which has become a huge revenue generator for the theme park. My only real question, is why they didnt bulldoze the entire Lost Continent to begin with? I suppose it was due to "too many" changes, that would have made the project take much longer to open. Hopefully they will start work on the second phase soon, its better to strike while the iron is hot.

The same way some people get sick on a boat and others don't. It's mostly the dome screen portions. Or at least, that's what I'm assuming. I didn't get sick on it when I went.

The queue has a snow scene in the defense against the dark arts classroom from when the group appears from the invisbility cloak when Ron tries a spell. However there are two versions of this scene. One spell mishap is a storm outside and the other is snow falling with the foam effect.

They must have been oooh'ing at the sight of you Vyrus. I stopped and turned around and watched the stupid rushing throngs and about 5 people giggled and kept on soaring through the room. It snows in the 3,4,5 rows back from the front. If you are in the first two rows you will never know that it snows at all. They should use a few key lights for it to shine through. Alas, they do not. Between the floating book and the snow one has to wonder why they bothered at all.

I still cannot figure out why the outdoors queue is backed up to a steady creep, yet, once inside, you can mostly slow jog through the castle and in a few places, run! That just makes no sense to me as it should be the other way around. Any thoughts on this?

Well at least when I went through the people ooohed and ahhhed, not myself, I was like.."Oh, thats the snow."

But it is strange, I put it down to the strange mystery of how there is traffic on a highway when there are no red lights on a highway :shrug:
