Both have kids areas but I think you'll do the best at Islands of Adventure with their Seuss Land and Jurassic Park playground area. How tall is your 2.5 yo?

If you have to pick one, I suppose IoA would be better. But truthfully, both aren’t that great at that age.
They’ll still have an alright time, but Magic Kingdom, Sea World or Legoland would be much better at that age.
