Like I said yesterday, the staff JUST got in the building the same day that the mock service began (yesterday). They are still trying to find their way around the kitchen...this is what mock service is all about. Making it ready for the real guests to come. From those I've heard from those who ate there, the food was good. Not perfect yet, but decent already. It's only the second day for them to do this stuff in the real setting, so they need to practice to get it right and figure out what works and what doesn't.
