Apparently this project was cancelled due to a dispute between Merchandising and Food and Beverage. A similar situation happened with the Star Wars Launch Bay Cantina Bar that was included in the original plans.

As much as I don't really like WDWNT, when they post rumors, they normally come to be true. So there was likely some truth to it at some point.

Rumor has it once Disney found out UK Trigg didn't like the concept, and wouldn't drink there, they knew they couldn't make a profit. Thus the cancellation.

I like the concept of a creepy TOT bar, but this was not the way to go
