I think 50-60 acres should be plenty for employees/offices; I also think we'll see a parking garage for employees on that space.

Just think of it as the structures in this 2nd resort are likely to be taller so as to conserve space. Also note that since it's not next to schools/homes, there won't be the height restrictions that the current resort faces. That's one big advantage that this 2nd resort land has.

I hope, and do think, that Uni will aim for a hotel located at park 4's entrance just like Beijing

That's the last of the Orlando Equity Partners property, and it was assigned to Trammell for 600+ apartments.

Thanks. Geez, I wish Comcast would buy them out and cancel the project. Any new park here could have a tremendous nighttime fireworks display. I am not saying that this belies that... just...

Ripley's got the remaining portion of that land between Las Palmeras and Trammell/Andretti/Topgolf right? That entire portion? Or is that southern portion below the apartments still for sale?

For some reason I had thought that Trammell apartments would take up that red space too (an earlier GrowthSpotter article claimed that), but now your plans show that there's still that red space leftover.

Do we know what's going there?

The horizontal road towards the top of the bottom pic is part of the future Mandarin Dr extension, which would go through any future development on property east of here (aka. Universal's property).

How likely is that in all these additional 100 acres, that they'll include some kind of museum or full-fledged tribute to former attractions? And would the possible third park include attractions different than just 3-D projection rides?

Didn't you say at some point that The Thomas group still had 18 acres, Is that it?

Yeah that thought went through my mind too. It might be the right answer.

It does seem as if that's the 18 acres they claimed to still have for sale on their site.

But would a Universal park be the same without close neighbors? Don't know about overseas but here in the states they seem to be able to coexist with housing in the backlot.

Look up the Ropers who live next door to Alton Towers, to say have made life difficult would be an understatement.
