Also building a hotel would create jobs for the local community. I know some might say they aren’t the most desirable positions but they contribute to the economy no less.

It's something the park and Citywalk desperately needs. Especially Citywalk, if it can give a serotonin boost to bring back more night traffic around the complex (though that admittedly depends on if they bring back a club of some kind. Though, Red Coconut at UOR seems to be a success with the seasonal clubbing).

It'd cement the park to being a proper resort destination, especially as SNW begins to draw near, and Hollywood Drift seemingly being a darling of the park already for what it could be. Genuienly hoping the hotel won't be far behind.
