I bought one of those Snoopy hats that you can control the ears with. During the parade, Snoopy pointed at me from the top of the Peanuts float, pointed back at himself and put his hands on his face.

I was at the park today and wandering around the park entrance gift shops when all of a sudden...I look at the park entrance gates and there's a mob of hundreds of people waiting at the side turnstiles. They let them all in at 3PM and it was like another morning rush of guests!

Turns out they sell a heavily discounted 3PM which equate to roughly $25 USD. The park was feeling quiet moments before 3PM, too. It seems like USJ wants to keep the park constantly busy and isn't worried about capacity like we are.

There is the twilight pass and the 1.5 day tickets. Most of those are 1.5 day ticket holders who arrive that day and will do a full day the next day.

Saw the Nintendo Direct video about the opening of Donkey Kong land and found out the CEO of the park is a Dutch guy. Very smart Universal did put a Dutch person in that position.

USJ announced today that they plan to transition all eight Jaws' boats from diesel to biodiesel fuel. The new fuel will reuse cooking oil from the park's restaurants, and according to USJ will lower the park's carbon emissions by about 456 tons a year.

I went this past February and it was really nice. The waits weren't too bad (longest line was the Demon Slayer VR coaster, probably waited about 3 hours) I got to do all the rides and ate at Kinopio’s Cafe. I would recommend to go in February if you're able to. Weather was also perfect

I posted this on the other thread, but didn't really get a response. Do we know what's going on with Jurassic Park The Ride? All I can see is that it's closed until early 2025, so I can't tell if it will be open by Late February or not.

And while we're on the topic, has there been any progress on Villain-Con? I believe that was rumored to open in 2025 as well.

regarding jurassic park the ride , it is on its final stages of being renovated. Last time i was there you could see them testing it and cycling vehicles while riding the flying dinosaur

This is why I wish Tomfoolery still posted updates.

Fingers crossed VCMB and JP reopening get announced early next year. That is probably when USJ would want to drop updates about big things coming to the park.

I'm not the biggest fan of Villain-Con or Jurassic Park (at least my Orlando version), but the park desperately needs more capacity. Just those two being open would take a lot of pressure off of Super Nintendo World. Pokemon will take care of the rest in 2026.

Such poor planning, so many attractions closed or long refurbed the past couple of years, resulting in a wounded park with major capacity issues. Wonder whether it was intentional or accidental or just bad management.....But on the upside, attendance doesn't appear to have been affected. Once this park gets a full attraction roster, it's attendance might skyrocket even much higher.

After looking at USJ on google maps, there is a parking lot to the left of WaterWorld and a parking deck to the left of SNW. I am guessing those are being eyeballed for this expansion.
