Ball x Pit, on Games Pass, really addicting for me.

For the spooky season, Marvel Rivals (free to play) came out with a PvE Marvel Zombies mode. It's been a lot of fun and scratches that fun spooky itch.

Also been working on Borderlands 4, but after doing the main campaign, there's higher difficulties, but not any better gear, so it feels like there's no strong endgame for it yet. Still a great looter shooter and 2nd favorite campaign after Borderlands 2.

Dredge was a lot of fun too but it was like horror survival comfy

Still on Super Mario Galaxy 2 and I’m actually shocked at how much my perspective has changed since first playing it on the Wii. I always preferred the first Galaxy due to how much more grand and epic it felt but right now I’m honestly feeling like I enjoy 3D World more than Galaxy 2 which is crazy because I felt the opposite when I first played that on Wii U! It might be because Galaxy 2 is trying to be more Galaxy but is also transitioning to the tighter platforming focus we’d see in 3D Land/World and I don’t think I like that blend playing this game fresh for the first time in 15 years. I’m not saying it’s a bad game btw, I wouldn’t be going for 100% if it was. It’s just really striking to me how much my feelings on it have changed.

Replaying the Dead Space remake on PS5 this time mostly for trophies but I just love this game. Getting a PS Portal soon bc of the recent update and sale, will let you guys know my experience and thoughts with it.

Metroid Prime 4 is an absolutely beautiful game. I’ll give more thoughts when I finish it but I am enjoying it so far. The thing I’m having to really get used to is actually the new artistic design direction as it’s someone new from the original trilogy. It’s insane how into those games I am that THIS is the thing that jumped out the most to me lol.

Finished Metroid Prime 4. Overall an enjoyable game but the climax/final boss doesn’t hit as well as the other 3. As far as rankings I’d put it around Corruption maybe slightly above so it’s Prime, Prime 2, Prime 4, Prime 3 with the caveat that Prime 3’s ending is far better.

One complaint I have is that you no longer keep all of your logbook scans when restarting the game on the same save file. Thankfully it warns you of this so all you have to do is not save the game after the credits roll. Really put a damper on immediately jumping into a hard mode playthrough

Yeah I will say the cloud streaming is what makes it worth it. I have really good wifi through my house but for whatever reason the local streaming from the device has always been dodgy and bad.

So I’ve had it for close to two weeks now and I LOVE it. I do have really good WiFi so streaming has been seamless. I bought Astro Bot and have been having a ton of fun with it along with playing other games from PS Premium.

I also recently bought Star Wars Outlaws, but that’s not a streamsble game so I have have to play connected to my PS5 which I find to be a generally weaker connection.

Haven't yet played it myself but given that it's continued to receive updates, I want to shout out Don't Look Outside. Incredible game for an indie title, really beautiful art style and story. Can't wait to check it out.

Finished Silksong last week (grinding out to 94% and every boss save Watcher at the Edge). Now playing God of War 2018 before I grab Ragnorak for Christmas.

Finally finished Hogwarts Legacy and uh, wow! That certainly was a game that I played! Combat is fun and they did a wonderful job creating a world you want to explore for hours (I did!) but the story is uh, well! It is certainly something. It's the first time I've played a game like this and wondered aloud multiple times if I'm The Baddy.

I don't know what my final body count was, but folks, I think I gave Voldemort a run for his money! And at least he had a coherent, if horrid, plan and ideology. I'm just a stupid 15 year old that somehow has the power to murder hundreds of thousands of goblins and low-level mobsters. Anyway! Strange game.

Got through DISPATCH within 24 hours (not hard with a Tell-Tale-lite game).
Loved every second of it; Peak casting and acting from everyone involved. Good writing, interesting gameplay, and kept me very entertained!

Already started my second playthrough and making VERY different choices to see how it effects the narrative this go around.
Highly recommend for anyone who misses Tell-Tale games being a thing (i do).
