Oh I own part of this, having dealt with "old" Comcast and their horrid customer service, hardware issues, rude and obnoxiously late employees, and months of service issues with a 125 ft long trench in my front yard. I hated the idea of them taking over a resort that with the help of a boy wizard finally began to see the light again. All I could think of was Universals customer service taking a dive even further than the mid 2000's and it was something I couldn't be excited about. Fast forward to 2012 and Comcast, who I still have is a totally different company and the new executives have cleaned house and made some massive and dare I say company saving changes. Also who knew the top of the totem pole were theme park fans?
