Again, any and all dragon canon from the books is moot in WWoHP considering we ride in a damned dragon's mouth and hands like nothing is wrong during dragon challenge.

Dragon's mouth??? The idea is that you are riding a dragon's back... like Harry does in the movie version of Goblet of Fire.

Also, maybe now they can ease up on the photo blocking side of the entertainers dressed as informing tourists and put those entertainers to better use.

My bad... that said, they ride a dragon in deathly... So, that is how I think of DC; a triwizard tournament to ride a dragon's back. Any other riders here that think they are riding in dragons mouth or claws on DC?

That being said, I really don't think this destroys the canon of dragons for the entire universe. Even some of us "die-hard" HP or Uni fans didn't even realize that we're riding in a dragon. Even now that I realize it, it doesn't change my opinion that there shouldn't be a dragon hanging out in Diagon Alley.

I just choose to ignore the contrived TriWizard Tournament stuff. For now on, I'll just pretend I'm on Dueling Dragons...won't be hard to do. If you're going to start stretching things, just say Dumbledore set up a carnival ride for the Muggles visiting Hogsmeade. Makes about just as much sense. /end rant

Anyways, y'all are killing my Phase 2 buzz

I always thought that was a nice touch too, especially since the other restraints are the usual blue color.

Dang is this another ride you need to take acid first? :drool: It looks like a roller coaster to me On a good trip your riding the dragon :happy:, on a bad trip your in it's mouth or claws :-X

IDK but it takes a good stretch of the imagination to sit in an inverted coaster (it is over you) and pretend your riding on the back of a dragon. Seems like that would line up better with a sit-down coaster (it is under you).

Ok, whatever DC is intended to be, so be it. Regardless, I spit on UC if there is going to be a wacky dragon sculpture covering up the front dome of Gringotts. Actually, I triple spit and then insult their mother's graves and curse their first born to a life of misery.

Otherwise, they are moving at a nice brisk pace! :wave:

As for the announcement... I'm glad I checked the rest of my stream on Instagram or I wouldn't have found out about it until now! :rofl:

Things I guessed correctly:

-Announcement before summer-check
-Knight Bus marking entrance-check
-covered area--wrong location and purpose, sort-of check
-Location of WWW down from Gringotts--Check (Film Location, also used by Voilarum in his artwork)

That's a Bingo!


EDIT:Looking at some of the doorways, structures, and such this artwork probably takes some liberties and depth-based alterations. It probably only looks like the Pottermore version is because it's artwork and therefore looks more colourful then the street in the films, and is wider because of people traffic.

So now that they got this out of the way, how long do we have to wait to get more details on the rides and everything else that is coming along with this? How long did it take in Phase I (if it happened at all)?
