So long story short I set up a trap to patch a leak we've had. Remember when we got burned by that pus bucket with the Transformers art? Well it's happened again but I learned my lesson about posting artwork whether its mine or not. So to keep better tabs or so i thought I created a thread in the VIP section where I was giving out some pretty sweet details about projects, and I think the VIPs would agree it was cool stuff you wouldn't read anywhere else.

Over the past several weeks we've watched some of that very info show up on other forums and websites and posted as though it was their own. So that was kind of like a slap in the face but hey who am I right. This is the Internet and everyone is entitled to post what they want unless your asked to either give credit or keep quiet. So instead of raising a stink I thought I would just create a bogus blurb and sit back and watch the fish bite.

This is the post I'm referring and again this is all bogus info.

Ok folks here we go. So I have received confirmation for two things Gringotts. This again is private info and I expect it to stay here.

WARNING: GRAPHIC SPOILER AHEAD! DO NOT READ THIS POST IF YOU WISH TO BE SURPRISED!!

1. Universal is working on a highly sophisticated Voldemort AA within the attraction. Yes thats right Voldemort is confirmed as is a new breed of AA. I've been told Voldemort will physically be able to attach himself to the ride car while its in motion and try to cast a vile spell at those within the car only to be saved by Harry Potter whose spell will knock Voldemort off of a ride vehicle. This is expected to be one of the most sophisticated effects Universal has ever created and Kuka tech will be used.

2. Top speed of the attraction is 40MPH

So in closing I want to apologize to mods and insiders of other sites who were fed this bogus information. My only intention was to snag a rat and while I don't have the rat yet I will soon. Good news is this person lost credibility today and that's something you can't just get. Also a huge thanks to Whylightbulb and a number of Spirits for being so understanding and helpful.

Agreed. Although I'm more upset about the leaks. The fake Transformers art fiasco was bad enough.

Don't we all... It would've been pretty rad, even if it's not canon to have Voldemort in Gringotts... Maybe a rabid Bellatrix?
But at least we can hope for another awesome dragon AA, and hopefully this one will be even better than the one in FJ!

I accidentally skim read to the WARNING; and with your reliable history here I was temporarily excited about an animatronic jumping onto the ride vehicle, until I reread it. I know it was my bad and I should have read all that was there at once but still, italics or a quote box should define it and make it stand out from the rest of your post.

Uh huh, they have been holding off for about 3 weeks now so hmmmm. Anyways lets hope they don't post blueprints because then their really gonna be in for it. I would never do such a thing!
