I couldn't believe Jake and Elwood didn't have a dedicated thread. This is by far my favorite street show! I took a video of the whole set the other day, and will probably do more as they change their set seasonally. I love that he calls the sign language interpreter "Soul Fingers"

Love them so much! To be honest, I think I just have a soft spot for all the live performers (I will willingly watch the Graveyard Revue as many times as it's on on any given day), but even objectively this is great.

I don't know if its been mentioned but with the SS44 construction they are not driving in for the show. Instead they hang out in Finnegans until it's time to go on stage.

They park the car over by the yellow taxi. Then go in for a drink

Blues Brothers is one of the shows I just love running into when I'm walking through New York. Adds so much to the atmosphere and it's a great show.

If they can't drive in, that's a fantastic alternative.

I agree. That is some detail to the showmanship of the characters!

I love eating over at Finnegan's for lunch and listening to the show. And I seem to have great luck with the actors. They've picked me out of the crowd on numerous occasions.

This is definitely one of the better shows in Orlando. Who knew that something so simple as two guys singing with a guy with a sax can be such a great show. And then Finnegan's for lunch is great too!

It is super awesome when you happen to be there when the car comes out by Simpsons. You can interact with them as they slowly make their way to the stage! :lmao:

We generally stand front row with lots of interactions. A couple of times they brought Alene up to the stoop part of the stage. Always love when the car comes and leaves...Our most memorable trip was a few years back. My club soccer team is the Mon Valley Mad Dogs. I had the shirt on, and when Ellwood comes out for that dance around , while we're all dancing, he came over to me and Alene and commented on the shirt. He asked if that referred to Monongahela Pa. , I said yes and he got all excited a said that's where he's from. Then he talked to us for a few minutes after the show was over, before they left in the car.
