To this day I'm surprised the Simba Lot hasn't been overtaken by a value/moderate resort. A Toy Story themed hotel is a no-brainer and will be in demand from Day 1.

Isn't Simba going to be used for DCA park space?

If you believe in the DisneyForward plan that was released, sure.

But DCA will be seeing 3 major expansions within its current and immediate park areas... so by the time that wraps up the idea of a 3rd gate isn't out of question. Of course they can keep the resort to just two parks, but I think DCA will be fine capacity-wise once Coco/Avatar/Avengers open up.

IMO Simba not being used for DCA expansion would be a wasted opportunity. You could fit 1 full sized lands and 2 mini lands in that acreage.

So DCA would be just stuck as is.....thats better for theme park guests?

I'd take another land, I mean you could use some of the land for another Pixar Ride near the Pier and then you'd have room for another full land, sounds great to me.

My ideal for Simba is the first land you access when you cross the bridge will be a catch all Disney Animation (no Pixar) area. As for the smaller parcels, maybe you could fit Fox IP like the Simpsons.

If they are following the concert art

I’d be down for either Disneyland (behind splash) or DCA to get a Disney fantasy springs type land

I also think Simpsons would me cool or Zootopia, like Zootopia is so just so big. No idea why in the US they refuse to make the characters more apart of the park. The sequels beat frozen 2, like Disney get a clue you have something huge
