Maybe if there were no issues with any of the IP's being associated with the tours, then it was an easy choice to go with whatever was in F&F queue no matter what

This would probably be my best guess - none of the IPs were off limits this year, so they just said "eh, Cybergoria is the smallest one. Just cut that out."

I’ve decided that this is the speculation that I hope is correct. Get a new experience in there immediately!

Has this been a thing in the past for very gorey houses?

Like was there a lot of phones-down rooms in Terrifier last year?

Honestly, I don’t remember Terrifier having a lot of photo opportunities last year that involved the dismembered bodies. It was mostly the facades and bigger props.

This makes the most sense. UO wants the old F&F demoed ASAP, so they’ll leave this house location off the day time tours so they’ll demo team can start removing stuff quicker.

Idk if they actually will start demolishing it right away with guest walking through it every night. Yes the actual ride will be and not the house but I still don’t think they will with it being all in the same building.

There’s a lot of prep work/equipment I’m sure they need to set up plus the removal of the ride. They don’t want daytime tours to interrupt that.

I mean yeah I understand that. What I’m saying is if it was because they wanted to go ahead and work on the ride I don’t think they would want guest in there at all. Night or day.

My immediate thought is purely access post-shutdown. There will be work taking place during the day in there. It won’t be a lot, but it will be something. Day shift can start striking without interference by tours. Then things ramp up after the house is struck.

I rolled the dice and bought tickets for October. I wanted to have faith. Now I’m regretting my decision….

What if they’re just reselling tickets from cancelations but at the current rate ($435) vs when the tickets dropped ($375? Pre-discount).

I would certainly hope so. But I wouldn’t put it passed UO getting greedy and selling a bit more than the “7,500” cap to a “sold out” evening.

Please take this with the biggest grain of salt that I carry, but I have it on pretty good authority that the tickets they are selling are not added and they are not bumping up the capacity, by any means. From what I was told, I would maybe even expect it to sell out again shortly, and maybe open up after being sold out again, can’t say for certain.

I’m trying not to be too specific because I don’t want anyone in trouble for something, but I was told pretty explicitly that the first time it “sold out” it was not actually sold out, and was only sold out from the current pool. Neither of the nights have officially sold out, and they are pulling from different pools at different times, like waves of tickets. If you thought last year was bad, from what I’ve been told, you’re in for a treat this year. I’m not going to put a number on it, because frankly I don’t know what the attendance was like in 2024 (and I’m not going to use specifics for this year because again, don’t want anyone in trouble) but I’d expect it to be closer to 2024, which is why there’s now 2 nights.

Someone on Reddit just claimed they were told the tour info over the phone (Guest Services received notice this morning):

3 houses: Hellraiser, HR Bloodengutz, Invasion Alien Abduction

6 houses: Stranger Things 5, Sinners, Ozzy, Evil Dead Burn, Jack & Oddfellow, and Madlands Caged Cannibals

So if this is true, Cybergoria is the non-tour house.

The two times I’ve done a tour of that house, it was accessed through a side door next to the gift shop. If I’m not mistaken, we never got in the queue area. Could still just prefer not to have guests anywhere any of that if they’re doing yanking stuff out I guess.
