I'm guessing the "basement" will be under the bridge then?

By the looks of the plans a page back, the course spreads over the entire fenced in area including going UNDER the moving walkway bridge.

This has to be at least partially indoors. I was surprised when someone said there would be only two levels. If there are 36 holes, there has to be 3 stories. Either that, or Uni plans on usingup every ounce of land they have around there, including on the other side of the walkway.

Look at the course plan a few pages back, all 36 holes are mapped out on one level.

Yeah, I believe the only area that will be under some sort of roof will be under the bridge and slightly beyond so people cannot toss stuff down on the players from the bridge. Otherwise, completely under a roof would be TERRIBLE advertising. They need for people to see it.

Odd that I saw this golf thingy listed many times in the comptroller docs yesterday and wondered what it was all about as I had not paid attention on here. It appears it is run by a similar mini golf of the same name in Michigan as the docs were cosigned by both.

Well the blueprints say this is being built by the same people who made Congo River. They have four or five locations in Florida already, and they're pretty well themed, so that's a good sign.

I don't think it will be flat. Sure, there won't be multiple floors with paths crossing over one another, but I think it will have a decent amount of elevation change.

Or at least I remember someone saying they read that the handicap-accessible path will use half of one course and half of another. So that's reason to assume.

Yeah, I know all about them. I also know their landscape company owner... meaning the company that does the original landscaping for all of their courses. So, that means that Uni comptroller docs were reconciling ownership or leasing of the name of the mini-golf course from the Michigan mini-golf course.

So, who owns this thing, Uni, Michigan company, Congo company? Beyond that, who runs it? See previous possibilities.

I'm just glad no amount of construction walls could hide this thing from photographers.
