Is that the Hogwarts Express area? Is there a chance they're expanding the DC lockers or adding the inside photo op from USH's Wizarding World?

It's right in the middle behind the butterbeer cart. It covers the middle half of that low wall that runs down the center. You can see the wall sticking out, although it looks like someone is using it to dry their laundry.

Huh. That's odd.

That is odd. Perhaps they are merely digging into the pavement and messing with the plumbing towards some other cause. I never know about these kinds of things because I don't really care, but it is interesting.

One of the differences in the new USH wizardry world is that they don't have that wall in the centre of the land. They could be looking at removing it?
Seems unlikely and unnecessary tbh, unless they've observed radically better crowd movement at the new site?

Refurb Wall is already down and gone - no noticeable changes.

Not so. We do have that wall in Hollywood. You can see it in the left of this pic I took at USH.

Was just there recently and man, that Dumbledore projection needs a little work. It looked so faded that as you enter and exit his office, you could see right through him, almost like a ghost.

Anyone else REALLY hate the locker areas in Hogsmeade (FJ and Dragon Challenge)?

So many families would cram their 19 children into those tiny locker areas and have the youngest one scan their finger, which they'd inevitably forget which one they used when the came back.

Universal needs to enforce a "one member from your party only" rule. My wife just waited outside, and I always used the same finger for the scan, to help remember.

It's annoying enough that you have to use lockers in the first place (although FJ and Dragons by their nature do make the most sense out of all the rides that require lockers). Universal needs to have a rethink on the crowd management around the lockers.

I know you're asking earnestly.. but stop and think for a second. Why would that bag be exempt from a no bag policy?

Bags go in lockers.

Um, yeah. They are pretty strict about nothing in your pockets. Rock-it and Dragon Challenge both have metal detector checkpoints to make sure you aren't bringing phones, keys, etc on the rides, even in buttoned pockets. The lockers don't have to be such a pain if crowds were properly managed by staff.

Or if everyone and their grandmother didn't feel behooved to lug a giant bag through the parks...

I get merch bags, you buy stuff, you have a bag, and the front of park or hotel delivery options are "blah."

The giant backpacks? Why? WHY?!?!? And before anyone come sin and says "well we go all day and yadda yadda.."

No, most guests are in the parks like 3-6 hours. There's no reason to need a giant bag, nevermind multiple people in your party carrying a giant bag.

Depends on the weather. We go from a small diaper bag up to a small diaper bag and the bottom of the stroller packed. If we need jackets because it is getting cold at night then we need more room than if it will be hot/cold all day and therefore the cloths we have one it what we are wearing. We do bring a bunch of water with us all the time. Are guests really in the park for 3 to 6 hours? Everyone I know that visits Orlando seems to do morning to closing unless they have small kids that need naps. Now locals are different, but tourists I assumed had bags.

I usually carry around a drawstring bag with a poncho (just in case) and my freestyle cup when I'm not using it, so I can walk around with my hands free.
