Yep, that one! I'd imagine the story being similar to the opening monologue of Freddy vs Jason, where Freddy was looking through Hell for someone to help him and he finds Jason. And perhaps Michael and Leatherface are still on Earth as they aren't supernatural. (though if you include the story line from the 6th Halloween movie, Michael technically has a supernatural aspect)

Have you guys ever done research on the 2007 scare tram? If not, definitely check it out.

Not many people know but Jack the Clown did make his way over to Hollywood for one year...

  • Terror Tram: Horror Comes Home - Get ready for the ride of your life, or death, on the Universal Terror Tram, where you will be transported to the twisted worlds of Jason, Freddy, Leatherface, and Jack the Clown. Jack Schmidt; an escaped mental patient from Shady Brook Asylum with a shadowy past, and a problem separating movies from real life has some how brought his twisted childhood heroes to the backlot for his sick and twisted carnival. Thinking that such places as the Bates Motel and Camp Crystal Lake are real killing grounds, this madman's ambition is to bring people to these places as sort of a demented tour guide. Now, You must prepare for your closeup as you step off of the tram and onto the world famous Universal Studios Back Lot where you'll walk through the dark through real movie sets. If you thought the shower scene was scary, wait until you see this blood bath.
  • Killer Klowns from Outer Space (Grinch Set)
  • Bates Motel
  • Crystal Lake (Hill)
  • Leatherface's Kitchen (Hill Top)
  • Psycho House
  • Elm Street Ruins (War Of The Worlds Set)
  • Jack's Carnival of Carnage (Tram Pick up)

Yep I remember. The Director and Jack came in 2006 and 2007 before the Hollywood team decided to make a name for themselves and try not to rely on Orlando's icons. I started going in 2008, so the mazes weren't really different from 2007, except a different NOEM maze and the inclusion of The Strangers in HOH. But Friday the 13th and TCM were practically the same, and terror tram had similar settings to the 2007 one, but with more Freddy.

Nah, it was Jack's clown posse with chainsaws; basically neon-colored clowns, with their makeup and costumes.

Oh okay, I got a bit excited. I've always wanted to see that IP at the event. Still a little weird for them to be called that and not have anything to do with the movie.

On Boneyard FX's website, they still have the galleries from 2006 and 2007, where they show some of the makeup they did for those two years: HHN 2007

C'mon, don't ruin this for me mate. I'm trying to suppress the possibility of Insidious returning for round 3 as much as possible. :P

If Insidious is apart of the Blumhouse mash-up, that would be outrageous Insidious overkill, not to mention a double standard on Murdy's part. You'll do essentially two Insidious mazes for round 3 after the sequel gets bumped, but you won't do Hellraiser or TrT when theirs gets bumped? Seriously?

Yes, a version

Also, to everybody who thinks this and by the sounds it is a lot of people.
John Murdy is the face of HHN, he doesn't do everything. Yes, he does write treatments and talk to the producers/companies of the properties but he doesn't actually design the maze. Both him and Chris plan out what to do. Chris designs the actual maze then there are other people that do sound, lighting, etc. Both John and Chris watch over everything but you guys are talking like they actually do it. John doesn't choose which sets to reuse. I'm writing this to acknowledge the teamwork effort that is HHN.

Remembering 2014's maze announcements of Facebook, and how quickly everyone was sooo pessimistic about the choices, I can only imagine people complaining about the returning IPs, as well as being very confused about the Blumhouse mashup.

The Thing (No Pun) is that the Blumhouse Mashup has been planned for both events for the longest time now. A Source from Orlando told me that Insidious was planned to be apart of the Mashup since day one for Orlando. Which may be different for Hollywood. I Seriously doubt there will be two rounds of Insidious.

My Friend who saw a Early Screening of Chapter 4 a while back said the Facade for JP looks like something he saw. Orlando's Mashup will consist of Insidious, Sinister, Get Out, and more. As far as we know and ours will include Purge and Get Out and probably more. If Sinister will be in Orlando's Mashup then it will probably be in ours.

However I'm leaning towards Insidious being it's separate house in JP. He told me that the film has a ton of HHN Content.

Also the reason why Hellraiser won't happen is due to Clive Barker not doing the remake and Dimension Films owns the Series (Aka Scream). Trick R Treat won't happen due to Dougherty working on the sequel.

With the whole Scream fiasco, I remember hearing a rumor that there were things changed with the 2011 Terror Tram, with the studio wanting Universal to do things differently from what they originally wanted the tram to be. And this was before MTV did the TV version. Since Scream is considered a long-shot property, I wouldn't mind settling for I Know What You Did Last Summer or Urban Legends in the future honestly.

*Sigh* I guess Insidious round 3 it is then.

Pretty disappointed this appearing more likely, but I was skeptical about round 2 (Didn't like the first Insidious maze), yet it turned out to be one of my favorite mazes ever. If your friend says that here's a ton of great material to work with, I'll trust John and Chris' judgement on this. They have really surprised me the past couple of years.

At this point, how do you all honestly feel about the lineup?

Do you think "The Hill" will return?

If it does, Stites will kill us all

For Terror Tram? I'm sure! They need all the space possible to give each Titan his own "hunting ground". And considering the disturbing footage I saw from Terror Tram videos last year of lines WITHIN the actual attraction, I'm sure they want to avoid that again.

The whole two pathway thing was a disaster. If you were forced to take the right you missed everything

That's why I always do Terror Tram first when I go each year. Get it out of the way, and only did the photo op years ago, when it was actually apart of the trail where we entered the opposite side into the War of the Worlds sets. As for this year's lineup, I'm fine with it. Not ecstatic, but in my opinion, 2010 will have the weakest lineup to me.

I remember you mentioning 2015 a few weeks back on here. Something along the lines of one maze being really good and the rest being meh or something like that.
