Ruhroh well there’s nothing covering my face or obstructing my eye sight, and it’s just regular clothes but there’s definitely a part of the body that’s messed up. I have already seen people dressed as the Stranger Things cast, however, there’s really not much to those outfits.

I’ll be a guinea pig for this site, take my chances & report back.

This is 100% what I get for not being Gritty though.

Just don't wear one of these, I know a man who had to change, security would not allow him to enter CW with that shirt on

Something I was told a couple of weeks before the event started:

"I'm surprised legal haven't gone in and removed some stuff yet."

I had asked about the barrels.

Any other tidbits of information you had heard pre-event that you'd like to share?

Not advising anyone to break the rules, but I saw things last Halloween that went well beyond "Disney bounding."

Hollywood has had more than a few people fully dressed as Stranger Things characters, down to minute details. Not sure where the line is... but I'm pretty sure it would include any blood or SFX makeup.

Yeah I did quite a bit of digging and it sounds like there were a lot of people dressed up last year.

The Stranger Things group I saw had an Eleven with the bloody nose.

They forgot to move Eleven's tank into place before they built all the walls for the house, so they had to lift over the house to get it in.

There is the facepainting by ET. What they do is pro level makeup with half the face off and blood so I don't think that will get you booted. I don't think you can wear a Killer Klowns mask even if you bought it in the park though.

Not wearing a mask & I won’t have any blood on my face, just a little on my clothes. Also, I’m wearing layers so the bloody section I can take off if security isn’t into it.

Anyone know how lenient they are with costumes on Halloween night? I.e. do we think fake blood will be ok??

I’ve never been on Halloween but I’m dressing up so I was thinking of heading over that night to see what it’s like.

Well my friend, it depends what the outfit is, is it regular clothing? or does it resemble a costume? because dressing like the characters of stranger things means wearing regular clothing, technically.
you are still just wearing shirts and pants and hats and stuff.

Last year on halloween some people were dressed as full on jedis and some girls were on Full on Harley quinn (suicide squad version) outfits and nothing happened to them, but some people reported on facebook getting kicked out for wearing a Dr Who dress (it wasnt a costume but themed to the Dr Who box) or being denied for wearing a top hat and bowtie.
It really depended on who saw them or what gate they entered in. some people were in the park dressed like freddy Kruger or chucky,

if you are wearing regular clothes that are bloody, depending on what the blood is, you might be fine.
(are you dressing like the teacher from Trick R Treat by any chance? )

Not the teacher from Trick r Treat or any character you’d find in any attraction in Florida. I’m wearing regular clothes with one altered section, I could go overboard with the blood, but I’m choosing not to. I will have makeup on my face but it won’t hide or severely alter any of my features. I will have a small prop but it’s cheap enough that I can just toss it if it proves to be a problem.

Random question: do the Ops in the houses wear the cloaks throughout the event now, or is that still a Halloween only thing? (Or do they wear them at all now).

I wish they wore robes. The bright orange can get annoying, especially if they place themselves within the scene itself and not to the side.

The robes seem a lot cooler!
I did see a group of robed people heading into a house while I was there waiting in line. Was that a cast change?
