Theme Park insider has a nice article on the present baby bust and the aging USA population demographic. Thus the emphasis on festivals, expensive hard tickets, more adult oriented activities, drinking etc. in the theme parks as the population curve gets top heavy with older people.

Americans are also wider and taller since World War II. We are making the theme parks work to adapt to us.

Reminds me of an old Disney joke. At what age does Epcot become your favorite Park?
